Three thermoplastics EXTRUSION lines are available for plastic extrusion of plastic sheets and rollstock films manufactured under the registered Trade Marks TECNODUR and TECNOFLEX, in various quality ranges, with heat and fire resistance, anti UV, matt, polished, etc.

Our extrusion lines can manufacture sheets and films in thicknesses of 0.7 to 10 mm, up to a maximum width of 2,000 mm., with the possibility of adding until two addicional layers of another material, using the co-extrusion technology.

The sheets can be maufactured in different materials:

Rollstock od plastic film from 0,7 to 1 mm of thickness of the materials:

-TECNOFLEX PP copolimer
-TECNOFLEX PS
-TECNOFLEX ABS

Coextrusion of different materials: one core layer + 1 or 2 layers of another material:

-TECNODUR ABS/ PMMA (Polymethyl methacrylate)
-TECNODUR PS/ PS glass
-TECNODUR ABS/ ASA

Sheet materials are available in a range of surface finishes, dull, matt, satin, gloss and a wide range of textured finishes are availble from cast effects to leathergrains.

Colours ans sizes under requirements of the customers whit thicnesses ranging from 0,7 to 10 mm. depending on the material and the textures finishes.
